Service and Performance Requirements

    A Competent Harmony Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHHI-CP) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 3 Day intensive, training, geared towards understanding regulatory requirements related to Compliance in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team.

    This Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. (HHI) 3 day Compliance Certification Program (CHHi-CP) provides attendee the necessary skills to implement, oversee and refine an effective and operational Compliance Program.  This program includes training on how to develop the CMS mandated and develop an Annual Plan.  The program will review the seven basic elements of an effective Compliance Program (per the OIG and Federal Sentencing Guidelines), including a step by step approach to develop systems geared to meet imposed regulatory requirements.
