Service and Performance Requirements

    A Competent Harmony Healthcare Infection Prevention Professional (CHHI-IP) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 3 Day intensive, clinically founded training related to Infection Prevention in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team.

    The goal of an Infection Prevention Program is to maintain the safest possible environment for patients, caregivers, visitors and staff via education, systems, protocols, and peer reinforcement. Healthcare Personnel need ongoing education and guidance to navigate proper clinical practices.
