A Competent Harmony Healthcare ICD-10 Professional (CHHI-ICD-10) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 1 Day intensive, clinically founded training, geared towards providing and documenting outstanding patient care while understanding regulatory requirements and reimbursement related to ICD-10 in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team.

This 1 day course reviews the ICD-10 framework, rules of coding, and the supporting clinical documentation necessary for accurate coding.  In addition, this course addresses the top ten ICD-10 conversion risks, potential facility risks, how ICD-10 coding affects PDPM, and provides key strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues specific to the long-term care provider.

Goals
