    A Competent Harmony Healthcare Leadership Professional (CHHI-G8) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 2 Day intensive, clinically founded training, geared towards providing and documenting outstanding patient care while understanding regulatory requirements and reimbursement related to Leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team.

    The speaker will outline the most current top 8 areas (Compliance, Analysis, Audit, Regulatory, Rehab, Reimbursement, Survey, Efficiency) leaders need to know to enhance quality of care and improve efficiencies and preserve/progress financial integrity and operational performance.  This session will empower learners to prioritize responsibilities, assess systems refinement  and meet stakeholder needs while upholding the commitment to provide high quality person-centered care to the organization’s patients.
