A Competent Harmony Healthcare Rehabilitation Professional (CHHI-Rehab) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 3 Day intensive, clinically founded training, geared towards providing and documenting outstanding patient care while understanding regulatory requirements and reimbursement related to rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team. Skilled Nursing Facility staff attending become experts at the regulatory requirements and the latest clinical developments and programming for therapy. The CHHI-Rehab credential signifies clinical rehabilitation expertise with the critical understanding of regulations that facilitate provision of exceptional patient care with compliant and accurate reimbursement. This program includes strategies for the role of rehabilitation in proactive management of Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and Payment Reforms, Bundled Payments, Value Based Purchasing, Quality Reporting and Regulatory Changes.
