This On Demand Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. (HHI) Requirements of
Participation (RoP) Communication Training (F941) session provides attendees with
instruction on the rationale of why CMS mandated communication training for all staff by October 23rd, 2022.

This session progresses into methods to improve effective communication, strategies to
overcome barriers of communication along with a review of the components and types of communication health care professionals use for the identification of resident physical,
mental, psychosocial and medical status changes. The session additionally discusses
the top six basic communications skills, areas of skills development and the 10 primary
objectives of communication.
