This Harmony Healthcare International, Inc (HHI) Compliance and Ethics (F946) Session provides a global overview of the 7 elements required for an effective compliance program geared towards all healthcare organizations with special attention on Skilled Nursing Facilities. This introductory session provides leaders with the rationale for the governmentally mandated program as well as strategies and examples on how to identify, prevent and mitigate areas of noncompliance. This session will also educate attendees on the definition of fraud, the False Claims Act, along with the process for monetary fines and penalties. The session includes a post session competency quiz for attendees to gauge knowledge base.
