This Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. (HHI) Nurse Aide Training (F947) Session provides Learners with CMS’s expectations for annual and ongoing education for nurse aides. This session reviews the five points, emphasizes the training correlations to the facility assessment as well as nurse aide specific weaknesses. In addition, this session expounds on the methods in which State Surveyors will evaluate the efficacy of facility nurse aide training programs, and methods that the provider may implement to internally assess nurse aide competencies.
This session outlines the necessary training components of dementia care training and abuse training.
