    A Competent Harmony Healthcare Survey Professional (CHHI-Survey) is an interdisciplinary team member who successfully completes this 3 Day intensive, clinically and regulatory founded training, geared towards providing an understanding of regulatory requirements related to Survey and the Requirements of Participation of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This program is interactive with a focus on practical application for the clinical staff and interdisciplinary team.
